Return Policy

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your return must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your packing slip or order number with your return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Certain banking institutions may take 3-5 business days to post the funds back to your account.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@pandorasoem.com for further instructions.

Shipping:
To return your product just Contact Us! We'll do the rest for you. If you want to mail it back yourself without first contacting us then please mail to the address below.
